APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR ARE NOW OPEN

Application Deadline: November 30, 2023

  • Supplemental Materials due January 15, 2024

  • Standardized Test Scores due January 31, 2024

TOURS & Interviews
  • Pre-K and K Applicants: Families applying to Pre-K and K will have a tour before their child's assessment. You will be able to schedule a tour in the fall during the admission process.
  • 6th and 9th Grade Applicants: For applicants to the 6th and 9th grades, tours will be scheduled during the admission process.
  • Applicants for Other Grades: Our entry years are Pre-K, K, 6th grade and 9th grade. If you are applying for other grades, our office will reach out to set up interviews and tours. 
How to complete and submit your child's application

Please create an account with the CGPS Application Portal.  After you've created it, the complete application includes the following required items:

  • Student Demographics:
    • Citizenships
    • Current school 
  • Photo (optional)
  • Parent Information 
  • Application Fee 

Once these items are completed in the Admission Portal, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, there is no "Submit" button in the Admission Portal.  

We also require both the Parent Questionnaire and the Parent Statement to be completed before the Parent Interview.
