Every year our Middle Schoolers complete a one mile run. This event is part of the Fitnessgram, which is administered in schools across the country. There are time standards based on a person's age that give students a goal to strive for. On the other hand, others may be completing their first ever continuous mile without stopping regardless of their time. For those seeking a little more competition, we take the top male and female from each grade and add them to our record board, which is located by the ramp past Fatima's desk. The Middle School physical education department would like to thank everyone who was able to participate this year and give special CONGRATULATIONS to our top female and male runners in the grade which is listed below. Have an amazing summer and always remember: "The only bad workout is the one that did not happen!"
