On May 9, the spotlight was on actress and alumna Ally Sheedy ’80 who took the stage in the Prep School Theater to speak with CGPS acting students from Ms. Sarah Cusick’s acting classes and Mr. Dan Smith’s film appreciation club.

On May 6, author and alumna Caron Levis ’96, who attended CGPS through Grade 8, visited the Grammar School to give a lively and interactive presentation of her debut picture book, "Stuck with the Blooz." Caron credited Ms. Anne Young for encouraging her love of writing as a child.

On February 27, Columbia Grammar & Prep School alumna Dr. Grace Glassman ’86, an emergency physician at Maimonides Medical Center, joined by her two colleagues, gave insightful presentations to seniors in Ms. Markovits’s Tufts Global Health Seminar.
